How come when you eat your meal in a restaurant it's all yummy-delish? But if the same meal is packaged up for take-out and you leave said restaurant and say, get into a car - it suddenly smells like vomit?
WHY DOES TAKE-OUT IN A CAR SMELL LIKE PEE-YOOK??????

That is a very good question - however there are many factors involved. No. 1 - was it packaged in a styrafoam take-out container? If so - then the breakdown of enzymes of the styrafoam with the yummy food can create a gaseous product called "styrovomitus" or ..No. 2 - perhaps the person who was in the cab before you actually vomited in the backseat?? There is a Vietnamese place on Sources that makes a fantastic PEE-YOOK!

I knew that there are pharmacists in your family, but I didn't realize that your aunt is a scientist.
That pee-yook smell thing once you get the food into the car does not include anything you get from Tim Hortons, right?
Hubby and I were talking about the same thing this past weekend.
We went over to eat at my in-laws house and my italian momma-in-law is a fantastic cook! However, since we had eaten a BIG lunch we were not very hungry once supper rolled aorund. We took some food to go. Hubby got in the car first with the leftovers, the kids and I followed. As we sat in the car and started on our way... my 6 year old daughter said "daddy did you fart, it smells like farts in here!"
I still laugh about it...
Okay, right now I'm kinda wondering what's going on when farts and puke are smelling the same.
I've never had the experience of take-out smelling like puke.
...but, to me, blueberry yogurt smells like puke, so maybe I'm ...different.
guess the smell all depends on what you ate!!
LOL @ Paul!
(and the rest of ya are funny too. But more inside funny).
