If you get a chance to look for it online, there's a freakin' hilarious picture of Harper talking to Chilean President Michelle Bachelet in the foreground, while in the background there's Putin and Bush - who has a look on his face which can only be described as what we've come to know on Letterman - as yet another great moment in Presidential history. BTW - ALL of the leaders are wearing these "traditional Vietnamese garments". The picture is in today's Hamilton newspaper, and was taken by Tom Hanson of The Canadian Press. Worth finding, if only for W.'s expression.
