Belinda Stronach and Tie Domi?

Blech!

I have a vague recollection of meeting Tie at some cellphone remote I was doing ages ago, when I worked in Toronto. See, I don't like sports. Don't watch 'em. Don't play 'em. Don't know many sports celebrities and wouldn't go out of my way to meet one. Well, Tie was in-store for some autograph session. I didn't retain much from that day, except a lingering recollection that he seemed pretty big on himself.

Also, he appeared to be neckless.

Whatever blows your skirt up, I guess.

If I told you what it was that blew my skirt up, you'd likely delete my post.

Yes, Tie Domi is a big-egoed-not-particularly-talented-ex-hockey-player-more-of-a-goon-really-who-was-very-over-rated-by-Leaf-fans-with-apparently-a-brother-who-might-have-been-just-a-little-crooked...but what about that Belinda Stronach?
Not exactly a pinnacle of grace and sensibility, either.

Hey N@

I know this is a bit off topic but I wanted to let you know that Shakespeare is in for surgery to have three small masses removed. The Vet doesn’t think there going to be problematic but I can’t help but worrying about the “What if”. If all goes well I should be picking him up after work. I’ll keep you posted.

ERHGHGHGHGGHHGGH!! Rick! Poor little fellah. All the best wishes to you - PLEASE keep us in the loop! The thing I've learned about most masses on dogs is--they are usually NOTHING. Flea had one that was very hard and big and it just DISAPPEARED...so, it is likely that his are just cystic.

Still, I hear ya. GOOD LUCK!!! XOXO FOR SHAKES!

Shakespeare is back. The vet said that his Hip Dysplasia hasn’t progressed further than when he last had his X-rays, which were done when he was the ripe age of 1. The vet also said that swimming must be working for him since the rate of progression is very minor. As for his masses, the vet will have the results in 2 weeks or so…but for now we’re just glad to have him back home, Shakes & Fembot are curled up on the couch fast asleep.
Oh and the vet said not to let him do any stairs so I ‘ve been carrying him up and down the stairs…this feels like it should be an Olympic event …if I didn’t know better I’d swear he’s milking it, but today he’s earned it.
Well off to sleep I am Have good night and best of luck with the House hunt.
